1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by EFC Multiservice LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
We provide car rentals, mobile mechanic services, mobile car cleaning and detailing, auto insurance quotes, vehicle registration assistance, junk car purchasing, and vehicle sales. All services are subject to availability and scheduling within our service areas (NY, PA, CT, NJ, VA).
3. Car Rentals
All rentals are fully insured. A refundable deposit is required at the time of handover (Economy $200, Premium $250, Luxury $300). The renter must hold a valid driver's license and is responsible for the vehicle during the rental period. No hidden fees apply to advertised rates.
4. Mobile Mechanic Services
Mobile mechanic bookings include a complimentary car wash. We perform services at your location; you must provide safe access to the vehicle. Any parts required are billed separately and agreed upon before installation.
5. Payments & Deposits
Deposits and service fees are due as agreed at booking. Deposits are refunded upon satisfactory return of rental vehicles, less any applicable damage charges.
6. Cancellations
Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled by contacting us. Deposits for rentals are subject to our cancellation policy communicated at the time of booking.
7. Liability
We are not liable for pre-existing vehicle conditions not disclosed at the time of service. Rental vehicles are insured; the renter is responsible for deductibles in the event of an at-fault incident.
